Kerio Operator is a small business phone system. Using VoIP, it simplifies voice communications while offering advanced phone features typically associated with enterprise phone systems like conference calls, call forwarding, call recording, ring groups, office voicemail to email, auto attendant, and call queues.
Kerio Operator has an intuitive web interface so that previously expensive basic and common tasks like adding/changing/deleting office phone extensions can be done quickly and without expert help. It's now much more practical and affordable for a small business to sound big.
Auto Attendant
Meet your new receptionist who works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no additional cost. The intuitive and easy to configure auto attendant will make your phone system professional. With different rules for working hours, out of office hours and holidays, the caller will always get a response to their call. They can easily navigate through the attendant menus or dial by name directly.
Usage Monitor and Call Recording
Need to spot-check your company's phone habits in real time or as a trend? Kerio Operator can list call queue waiting time statistics and phone call recordings as well as in-progress calls and conferences. It can also instantly report on a history of inbound and outbound phone calls, whether or not they were answered, and how long they lasted. This gives you the chance to see how many phone calls your sales staff is making and how long your customers are waiting on hold.
Take your office phone with you
With a Personal Ring Group, you can register your office extension to multiple devices. Any incoming call will ring on your office phone, iPhone or other smartphone, and laptop softphone all at once. You'll never miss that important callback again.
Office Voicemail to email
Your voicemail messages can now be organized in your email inbox. When a voicemail arrives, feel free to listen to it from your laptop, file it in a subfolder, or forward it to a colleague. If you’re a Kerio Connect user, deleting the message in your inbox will automatically delete it within Kerio Operator and vice versa.
